Cancer Screening Information Sheet |
In partnership with other NYTHP member organizations, we have developed a cancer screening information sheet for patients and members of the community.
The information sheet includes essential information around breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screening offered as part of Cancer Care Ontario cancer screening programs.
Translated versions of this document are available in the following languages: Arabic, Farsi, Gujarati, Hindi, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish and Tagalog.

Where to go for care in North York We have developed a two page document to share with patients and the community to advise them of where they can seek care. Please note as of January 2023, Health Connect Ontario is now Health811 or Sante811. Health811 is a free, secure and confidential service Ontarians can call or access online 24 hours a day, seven days a week to receive health advice from qualified health professionals, such as registered nurses, locate local health services and find trusted health information. Ontarians can call 811, chat live online or access resources online at Ontario.ca/health811. The service is available in over 200 languages including Indigenous languages such as Cree, Ojibwe and Inuktitut.
