Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP)
What is OSP?

Publicly-funded program for patients with mild to severe depression, anxiety or other anxiety-related concerns (i.e. OCD or trauma).

Access is centralized, evidence-based, with fast access and minimal wait times.

Family doctors, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists or other healthcare professionals can refer patients and clients may also self-refer if they live in York Region, South Simcoe, North York, North Etobicoke and Malton.

How can it be accessed?
The program can be accessed through CMHA York & Simcoe online self-referral form or provider-initiation via OCEAN (in the health map, search for Ontario Structured Psychotherapy - CMHA NLO). For the application in French, click here.
